You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To start a return, contact us at coolvoyageshop@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send instructions on how to ship the item back.
Items that are opened, used, or not in their original packaging cannot be returned, except where required by applicable law. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us at coolvoyageshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.
If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact us at coolvoyageshop@gmail.com within 7 days and we will correct the error at no cost to you.
